美國職棒大聯盟(MLB)舊金山巨人(Francisco Giants)的菜鳥投手海斯頓(Chris Heston)，9日投出無安打比賽，三振了11名打者，幫助巨人以5比0擊敗紐約大都會(New York Mets)。
今年是海斯頓在大聯盟的第一年，他在職業生涯的第13次先發，就創下無安打比賽的紀錄，這也是巨人隊史上的第17次無安打比賽。
巨人隊上一次的無安打比賽是去年6月25日，強投蘭斯康(Tim Lincecum)對聖地牙哥教士隊(San Diego Padres)時所投出的。當時巨人以4比0贏球。
如果不是投出3次觸身球，海斯頓甚至有機會向完全比賽叩關。目前戰績6勝4敗的海斯頓，在這場比賽的第四局和第九局，分別投出2次和1次觸身球。
海斯頓是美國職棒大聯盟史上，第22位在菜鳥球季就有無安打表現的投手，也是自2007年波士頓紅襪強投巴克霍茲(Clay Buchholz)以來的第一位。
