（中央社記者顧荃台北14日電）台北市政府發言人林鶴明今天表示，遠雄集團要對市長柯文哲和市府團隊提告，是企圖以濫訟手段模糊焦點，未能回應社會對大巨蛋安全的疑慮，將使其企業形象更為受損。
遠雄下午發布新聞稿表示，柯文哲對大巨蛋的文詞批評，從大弊案、無法無天、太貪心、沒良心，一直到最近的一身酒氣、態度傲慢，遠雄已忍無可忍、退無可退，法務人員建議必須對柯文哲及相關人員提出訴訟。
對此，林鶴明表示，大巨蛋一案發展至今，社會自有公評。柯市府上任來傾全力善後，公安問題至為嚴肅，松菸古蹟、捷運及周邊居民承受的風險，更是市府至為關切的問題。
他強調，遠雄若不具體回應社會對於公共安全的疑慮，而企圖以濫訟手段模糊焦點，則其企業形象將更受重創。1040614
